Brief Bio

I am Emmanuel Nuesiri (PhD.) aka Dr. Emm.

I am your head coach at Laureates. I have a passion to use the knowledge and global experience I have gained in academia to help the young scholars of today to be the best they can be whichever parts of the world they reside.

I received a scholarship to study for a PhD. from St. Antony's College, University of Oxford, UK; I also received a scholarship to study for an MPhil. from Downing College, University of Cambridge, UK; and I hold a BSc. from the University of Buea, Cameroon. I have been a visiting scholar at the University of Manchester, UK, and at Cornell University, Ithaca, NY, one of the Ivy League Universities in the USA.

In addition, I have taught and or carried out research at the University of Oxford, the Open University in England, the University of Illinois Urbana Champaign (USA), the University of Potsdam (Germany), African Leadership College (ALC) (Mauritius), and at American University (Washington DC). I have also reviewed, supervised, and examined undergrad, masters, and PhD. dissertations of students in the Universities where I have worked in USA, Europe, and Africa, and also for students at the University of Cape Town and Wits University in South Africa, the University of Eastern Finland, and Chulalongkorn University, Thailand. I am an accomplished author with world class publications, and my co-authored FAO report is now published in 9 different languages.
